Children in Need
Fri 17 Nov 2023Today we have been raising money for the BBC Children in Need appeal. This morning the School Council sold Pudsey biscuits that Kelly, our school cook, baked. We raised an amazing £97! Well done everyone.

Be Bright, Be Seen!
Thu 16 Nov 2023Thank you for your support with ‘Be Bright, Be Seen' today. We have talked to the children about the importance of wearing reflective clothing at night time if they are travelling around. We had a special visit from Basil the Bird and Angela Manore from the School Travel Planning Team.

Gymnastics Festival
Wed 15 Nov 2023Today Mrs Hale took a group of year 2 children to a gymnastics festival at Ballard School which was organised by the New Forest Sports Partnership. The children took part in a number of activities including bench and beam sequences, floor skills, springboard and vault, jumping and apparatus. They had a brilliant time.

Odd Sock Day
Mon 13 Nov 2023Today we are taking part in Odd Sock Day to mark the start of Anti-Bullying Week. This is a great way to celebrate what makes us all unique!

Remembrance
Fri 10 Nov 2023Many of the children have dressed as evacuees today. Thank you to family members for supporting with costumes. The children look fantastic! All money raised will be given to the Royal British Legion Poppy Appeal.

Tuned Percussion Lessons
Wed 08 Nov 2023Children in year 1 are really enjoying their tuned percussion lessons with Miss Constance from Hampshire Music Service this term. We can't wait to hear them perform in the nativity in December.
