Praizin' Hands - Well-Being

This morning Praizin' Hands Puppet Theatre have visited Manor as part of our PSHE curriculum. Today's performance was teaching the children how to look after their well-being. The presentation was  ‘Rollercoaster’ themed to help the children understand the ‘up’s’ and ‘downs’ of their feelings and emotions. It helped the children to understand how to take good care of their minds and bodies so they can cope better when the difficult times come in their lives. The characters discussed how talking to people about your feelings and emotions is a good thing to do.
